MAS losses was caused by its management, not because its route could not make money. If we have made-in-Malaysia biscuits but they bought biscuits from Australia, how to make money?

How do you suggest I respond to this statement, as an employee of MAS for 9 years and 2 months?? Anyway, I believe in our new MD, En. Idris Jala. His very first statement when he was about to join MAS is that "The key to business turnaround lies in unleashing the talents of everyone in MAS!

To all MAS employee out there, which ever part of the globe you're located, let us all unleash our talents & capabilities to allow us to continue to spread our wings all across 6 continents!

Happy Labour Day (01 MAY 2006) to all my colleagues in MAS, everyone who is an employee, and bloggers out there.....

what should i say. my cousin already quit MAS for good, to become a full-time housewife. while her hubby also quit MAS (juz because he was still a normal pilot ever since he started working there), now with etihad airways :(

fyi i might be going to vancouver anytime in this few months. of course i'm gonna fly with MAS. can you book for me meh?

Oh well, you have to understand the issues among pilots in MAS... to move up to become a captain is not that simple.

Rgd your trip to Vancouver, MAS do not fly there anymore. You can fly on MAS to New York or Los Angeles, and then connect to other airlines from there. I think Delta Airlines is one of the cheapest....

I suka Idris Jala punya statement tu....
It's true in every organisation. I've seen wasted talents due to uneffective management. Memang rasa rugi... rugi gile... Lagi tension bila the person quit, join another company and performs much better there (and of courselah earns much more..). When I was in my former company, I was in the management team for 2 years. Masa tu memang bengang dengan managers yang tak reti nak unleash their team punya capabilities. Ada resource banyak, tapi banyak keje tak boleh siap.
